Notes:

In 2003, Time-Life released this 2-CD mail-order set.
In 2004, Time-Life released [r12183524 as a 1-CD retail-only set, with similar artwork to the 2003 set (differing only in the addition of a Time-Life logo in the bottom right corner), and 18 tracks that were all included in the 2-CD set.
Time-Life later repackaged the 2003 set as [r11480117, with the same tracks in the same order but different artwork.
