Front cover has "Stereo CS 8579" in oval at upper left corner, below that, "Monaural CL 1779" above "Columbia" & one eye in a rectangle. CS 8579 "2-eye" Columbia Records release, with "360 Sound Stereo 360 Sound" in white on the label. The runout area has 55621 - 1A on side one, and 55622 - 1L on side two. On the jacket, track 1 side 1 "You're No Good" is correct, while on the label, it is misprinted as "She's No Good". 

The label design (namely, with absence of NONBREAKABLE) indicates this version was repressed between 1967 and 1970.

Runouts are stamped on both sides and inverted to face the label.
