Notes:

For what it is worth I've now come across two of this disc with the 821 578-2 01 # matrix (one of them in mint condition) and BOTH are corrupt (will not play properly). The later 821 578-2 02 # pressing plays fine. Originally released in 1959. on CD label : "Made in W. Germany by PolyGram". Tracks 1, 2, 4 recorded February 20, 1959, Columbia Studios, New York City. All other tracks recorded August 14, 1958 at Nola Studios, New York City.
