Notes:

One of a kind jackets hand made from childrens' picture books with book markers, sold at Conduct's release show in San Francisco (I think it was at The Make Out Room) and other cities they toured (as I got mine in Pittsburgh, PA. -mwashil). The actual CD itself appears to be the same as the Matador release.
