Notes:

US release with hype sticker on front of jewel case. Disc is labeled "PROMOTIONAL" and has additional catalog number "24326DJ", but there is no such indication as being a promo otherwise on the packaging. UPC number is the same as the Canadian release, but states it is a US version on back insert.
