Notes:

Original copy with spine wraparound slick on sleeve. Slick leaves upper/lower 1" jacket uncovered. Subsequent pressings have tip-on slick encompassing entire jacket. Original copies include an insert. The mixing is different from the pressings noted with "recut" beginning in early 1970s at Keel.
